A two storey office and control centre constructed for a renowned aero and naval engineering company.

The building had a very complicated design and layout due to the unusual and specific use of the building. The building was steel framed with brick and block cavity wall outer skin, the sub-structure was heavily piled with a comprehensive ring beam foundation, designed to withstand seismic loading due to the use of highly sensitive equipment inside. Internal fixtures and fittings were to a very high specification with considerable amounts of unusual features and complex M&E requirements.
