Reinforced concrete basement for a private dwelling in Derby.
The basement was designed as a water retaining structure, and to satisfy The NHBC requirements, Cementaid’s ‘Everdure Caltite’ admixture was used, together with Cetco ‘Voltex’, sodium bentonite external tanking membrane.
